Patrick Dempsey Says “There Has Been A Conversation About” ‘Scream 7’: “I’m Waiting On The Script”
Patrick Dempsey is teasing that he might be involved in Scream 7 and will reprise his role in the slasher film.
Dempsey originated the role of Mark Kincaid in 2000’s Scream 3, playing a detective investigating the most recent Ghostface murders. Dempsey recalled working with Campbell again on Grey’s Anatomy in Season 9, playing Derek Shepherd’s sister, Liz. With Barrera and Ortega out, producers looked back to continue Sidney Prescott’s story and offered Campbell a return to the franchise.
