Paris Hilton addresses fans' concerns over safety fears for her children in her new car as she insists she's 'still learning as a new mother'


The socialite had taken to TikTok to post a clip of her infant daughter London and son Phoenix buckled into their car seats, but fans were quick to question the installation of her children's car seats.

Paris' original clip showed her two kids, who sat in the front-facing car seats, as she told them: 'Happy Mother's Day.' California Highway Patrol stipulates that Children under two years of age shall ride in a rear-facing car seat unless the child weighs 40 or more pounds OR is 40 or more inches tall. My emotional baby bump was real, it was precious, and I was so completely happy to know it was exactly where it needed to be, growing warmer and bigger every day.'
