Paramount Global Taps Jonathan Bingaman As President Domestic Licensing & Distribution
Jonathan Bingaman has been named President, Domestic Multi-Platform Licensing & Distribution for Paramount Global Content Distribution.
He will report to Dan Cohen, Chief Content Licensing Officer, Paramount Global and President, Republic Pictures, who announced the appointment in a note to staff. Bingaman will continue with many of his former responsibilities during his time at CBS, heading content licensing in the U.S. outside of sales to local stations for first-run syndicated shows, he will be adding SVOD, FVOD, cable and digital distribution. In addition to retaining many of his former responsibilities heading content licensing in the U.S. outside of the sales to the local stations for the first run syndicated shows, Bing’s new purview includes SVOD, FVOD, cable and digital distribution.
