Paramount Global General Counsel Christa D’Alimonte To Exit At End Of June
Paramount Global General Counsel Christa D'Alimonte will be exiting the company at the end of the month.
Caryn Groce, a 14-year company veteran who has been an EVP and D’Alimonte’s deputy, will inherit her duties as acting General Counsel, a person familiar with the shuffle told Deadline. The company is now planning to stay the course, though various parties remain interested in Redstone’s National Amusements, the exhibitor and family entity that owns almost 80% of Paramount’s voting stock. You are key to the development and production of every piece of content, every tentpole, every marketing campaign, every distribution deal, every financing transaction, every real estate lease, the safety and experience of every employee… The list goes on and on.
