Paralympian Dylan Alcott reveals huge career move after retiring from professional tennis

The Aussie Paralympian, 34, retired from the sport back in 2021 and has since taken on a commentating role, even appearing at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Starring along Aussie household names including Claudia Karvan and Angus Sampson, Dylan proudly told how he was able to live up to their talents on set. Throwing himself full force into his new job, the sportsman even got involved in the writing room with creating some of his character's jokes and encouraged co-creators Claudia and Kelsey Munro to 'push' expectations. While he gushed over his first ever acting role on Bump, Dylan also shared his regret that he had to cut his time on the show short because of his prior commitment to travel to Paris to commentate for Channel Nine at the 2024 Olympics.
