Pamela Anderson Says Award Recognition for Last Showgirl Is 'Best Payback' After 'Hurtful' Pam & Tommy Series

Pamela Anderson said she feels her award recognition for the new film 'The Last Showgirl' is 'the best payback' after she described feeling hurt by Hulu's 2022 series 'Pam & Tommy,' which dramatized her life in the 1990s.

"I think ethically it's illegal," she added, when Andy Cohen wondered aloud whether Hulu was in the wrong for making a series based on Anderson's life. Pam & Tommy starred Lily James as Anderson, while Sebastian Stan portrayed Mötley Crüe drummer Lee, now 62. I mean, I'm sure [James is] a great actress and stuff, and I don't care," Anderson added, after Cohen and his co-hosts told her they never watched the series.
