Paley Center for Media Establishes Vast TV and Radio Archive at Beverly Hills Public Library
The Paley Center for Media has set up a West Coast radio and TV archive at the Beverly Hills Public Library.
“When visitors come to the Paley Archive, they will discover a vibrant cultural destination where families, students, scholars, artists and the creative community can explore and engage with the living history of media,” said Reidy. “This partnership enables the community to access a collection of over 160,000 titles in the Paley Archive, representing more than a century of television and radio history,” Friedman said. “Storytime to Screentime” is a weekend offering aimed at families with kids as it features a presenter reading a classic children’s story in a cozy setting followed by a screening of a TV adaptation of the work as well as an arts and crafts activity.
