Palace Shares Update on King Charles' Travel Plans Amid Cancer Battle

A spokesperson for Buckingham Palace shared an update on King Charles III’s future travel plans after his tour of Australia and Samoa

“We’re now working on a pretty normal-looking full overseas tour program for next year, which is a high point for us, knowing that we can think in those terms,” a Buckingham Palace spokesperson confirmed in a statement to Hello! The Daily Mail reported earlier this month that the king had started eating lunch on doctor’s orders after decades of viewing the meal as a “luxury” he couldn’t fit into his schedule. “Although I have finished chemotherapy, my path to healing and full recovery is long and I must continue to take each day as it comes,” she wrote in a statement, adding that “doing what I can to stay cancer free is now my focus.”
