Tempting Fortune star Paddy McGuinness once revealed a health diagnosis that left him stunned, exclaiming, "I'm 44!".

Paddy McGuinness – who hosts Tempting Fortune tonight (Sunday, March 30) – once revealed he’d been diagnosed with a surprising health condition pretty early on in life. In the challenge, the comedian had to cycle 300 miles – from Wrexham AFC stadium in North Wales to Glasgow. In a picture posted to his Instagram at the time, Paddy showed off a huge plaster on his shoulder.
