Paddy McGuinness became embroiled in a TV spat with Conservative MP James Daly when he joined Question Time as a guest on Thursday evening

He was a guest on the show along with James Daly, the new Tory deputy chair, and Shadow Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, Wes Streeting. Fiona Bruce, 59, who also hosts Antiques Roadshow, was on hand to steer the debate about the dental crisis in the UK but even she was shocked by Paddy's comments when he became embroiled in a spat with James.
