Paddy McGuinness breaks silence after replacing MasterChef's Gregg Wallace on BBC show


Paddy McGuinness is set to replace Gregg Wallace on Inside the Factory, following the MasterChef presenter's exit from the show last year following misconduct claims

The Phoenix Nights comedian secured the gig after parting ways with his previous BBC hits Top Gear and A Question of Sport earlier this year. Paddy McGuinness is taking over as the new host of Inside the Factory (Image: BBC/Voltage TV/Michael Rees)It's believed that the incident played a significant part in his decision to step aside, although his three year old son Sid, diagnosed with autism, is also a priority for him wanting more family time.
