“Temptations will rise and drama will ensue as Islanders face brand new couples’ challenges, jaw-dropping twists and turns, and even a few surprise guests,” the official press release promised, which dropped on May 6, 2025. Vanderpump Rules alum Ariana Maddix is returning as host of Love Island USA, stepping back into the role after Sarah Hyland exited ahead of season 6 in 2024 due to scheduling conflicts. The spinoff will highlight season 6’s beloved Powerpuff Girls trio — Serena Page, Leah Kateb and JaNa Craig — alongside exes Aaron Evans and Kaylor Martin, as well as fan-favorite islanders like Olivia Walker, Connor Newsum and Kendall Washington.
