Scott Dudelson/GI “Two days ago I lost my good friend Rocky who has been at my side for 15 years,” Osbourne tweeted on Thursday (August 22) alongside a pic of the adorable little guy snuggled in his arms. Osbourne, 75, who has been laid low by a series of health issues over the past few years that have prevented him from touring and performing live, is slated to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a solo artist on Oct. 19 in Cleveland.
