Chatting with British rocker Billy Morrison, the infamous Black Sabbath frontman said that after the discovery of a tumor on his vertebrae, he is undergoing stem cell transfers to treat his ailment. Morrison -- a guitarist and vocalist for Camp Freddy -- attested to the power of the treatment, sharing that he used stem cells to help him recover after an injury that affected every facet of his life. In a November tell-all with Rolling Stone UK, Osbourne revealed that he had undergone surgery for a back injury, which is when the tumor was first discovered.
