Osgood Perkins’ ‘Longlegs’ Crosses $100M Globally For Neon To Become Year’s Highest-Grossing Indie Release
Osgood Perkins' 'Longlegs' has crossed $100M at the global box office, cementing itself as the highest-grossing indie film of the year.
Written and directed by Perkins, Longlegs centers on Lee Harker (Monroe), an FBI Agent in pursuit of a serial killer, who uncovers a series of occult clues that she must solve to end his terrifying killing spree. Pic’s producers included Dave Caplan of C2, Dan Kagan of Traffic, Brian Kavanaugh-Jones from Range, Cage for Saturn Films, and Chris Ferguson of Oddfellows. Already, the company has gotten back in business with Perkins, C2 and Black Bear on The Monkey, a buzzy adaptation of the Stephen King short story starring Theo James, which hits theaters on February 21, 2025.
