Issa Rae wowed in an eye-catching, plunging gown as she made an appearance at the star-studded, 96th Annual Academy Awards in Hollywood on Sunday.
The beauty starred in a whopping three films that have garnered Oscar nominations for the special event, including Barbie, American Fiction and also Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse Issa also portrayed the character of Sintara Golden in American Fiction alongside Jeffrey Wright- who played Thelonious 'Monk' Ellison - Sterling K. Brown, Tracee Ellis Ross and Adam Brody. The premise is: 'A novelist who's fed up with the establishment profiting from Black entertainment uses a pen name to write a book that propels him into the heart of the hypocrisy and madness he claims to disdain,' per an IMDB synopsis.
