Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo will bring Oz to the Oscars, as the “Wicked” duo are set to perform live during Hollywood’s biggest night. The 97th Oscars will also feature a special appearance from the Los Angeles Master Chorale, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced Monday morning. Instead, the show will spotlight the songwriters through personal reflections and behind-the-scenes insights from the creative teams behind the music, as Variety ‘s Clayton Davis reported in January.
