Orville Peck Broadway Project in ‘Early Stages of Development’ (EXCLUSIVE)
Country singer Orville Peck hints he may be headed to Broadway.
The masked country singer hinted that he could be working on a project for the New York stage at an appearance Tuesday night at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles. During conversation moderated by Rolling Stone writer Tomás Mier, Peck was asked by an audience member if he was interested in combining his acting background and music success on Broadway.“It’s crossed my mind,” he said to applause. Peck’s latest and third full-length album, “Stampede,” features collaborations on original songs and covers with Kyle Minogue, Willie Nelson, Elton John, Mickey Guyton, Diplo, Molly Tuttle and Golden Highway.
