Orion Acquires Horror Screenplay ‘If I Had Your Face’ From Ran Ran Wang; Concordia Studio & Hopscotch Pictures Producing
Orion has acquired 'If I Had Your Face,' a 2023 Black List horror script by Ran Ran Wang. The film is in the vein of Jordan Peele’s 2017 debut 'Get Out.'
The official synopsis is under wraps, but according to producers the film is in the vein of Jordan Peele’s 2017 Oscar-winning horror debut, Get Out. The film is being produced by Jonathan King, and Ash Sarohia for Concordia Studio, along with Sukee Chew for Hopscotch Pictures. Upon landing her screenplay on the Black List and then setting it up at Orion, she left the corporate world and just wrapped production on her short film, Recollectors, which she co-wrote and directed.
