The veteran talk show host has lost nearly 50 pounds with the help of one of the newly popular weight-loss drugs on the market that so many celebs are turning to. The broadcast icon said she now eats her last meal at 4pm, drinks a gallon of water a day and uses WeightWatchers principles of counting points, along with regular hikes.
