Roman Kemp has bravely shared his journey of coming off antidepressants, hoping to get in touch with his "emotional side". Taking to social media, Roman opened up about his decision, saying he felt it was time to "move on" and that he's been exploring his emotions over the past four months. In an honest Instagram post, the co-host of The One Show wrote: "It has now been 4 months since I stopped taking anti-depressants and it's safe to say they're out of my system.
