In the mid-2010s she took some time away from music, studying to become a mental health therapist and starring in film and TV roles including The OA and Twin Peaks: The Return. Jamie Lee Curtis, who plays Jeremy Allen White’s mother, isn’t a regular character but she just commands the screen when she’s on – especially in the episode Fishes, where they have a family dinner.
