U.K.-based distributor Omega Global Media has boarded Brendan Foley’s Hans Christian Andersen-inspired crime drama “Fairytale Detective.” Omega Global Media managing director Danny Goldman will be previewing creative material for the eight-episode series at Mipcom next week as part of the co-production and pre-sale financing strategy. “The most memorable heroes in fiction and on screen, from Sherlock Holmes to Walter White, are the flawed characters that challenge the audience’s expectations and loyalties,” said Goldman.
