Posting to her Instagram account recently, the Olympian gave fans a look into her 'day in the life' while balancing motherhood and training as an athlete. She then returned to her parent's house where Sampson had another nap while she pampered herself with a manicure before preparing a muesli slice and pumping milk for her newborn, Ryan quietly changed his public Facebook profile picture on September 13 to feature a photo of himself and Emily with their newly born son.
