In the video, we see Olly engaging in an array of workouts, from sparring to lifting increasingly heavy dumbbells, all under the watchful eye of former Team GB boxer Harvey Horn, whom he made sure to tag. "Beast mode activated," Rak Su singer Myles Stephenson said, while Olly's wife Amelia chimed in: "You've hit a new kinda level and worked your absolute a**e off to get there!
