Olly Alexander Is Feeling ‘Dizzy’ With New Eurovision Single Announcement

In a teaser clip for the song, Alexander — dressed in a matching grey skirt and vest combo — stands atop a skyscraper, lip synching along to his new dance anthem produced by Danny L Harle. “As a young boy I always looked forward to this incredible event of unbridled joy, the wonderfully chaotic mix of musical styles, theatrical performances, heartfelt emotion and humour,” he said at the time. Earlier this week, more than 1,000 Swedish artists — including Robyn, Fever Ray and First Aid Kit — signed an open letter to the European Broadcasting Union, asking them to exclude Israel from the 2024 competition due to the ongoing war in Gaza.
