Olly Alexander accused of 'shocking' miming by Saturday Night Takeaway viewers during 'live' performance of his new Eurovision single
Years & Years singer Olly Alexander has been slammed by Saturday Night Takeaway fans for his alleged 'shocking' miming during his supposedly live performance.
The actor penned the track with seminal electronic producer Danny L Harle, and Olly has said the tune, which he will perform at the 68th Eurovision Song Contest in Malmo, Sweden, in May, is about 'feeling such an intense swell of emotion' for someone special. Following Olly's performance on the weekend, the Geordie presenting duo Ant and Dec shared a snap to Instagram, whilst playfully poking at the Eurovision song's title in the caption, writing: 'Feeling a bit dizzy after that one.' Hoping to turn the UK's Eurovision fortunes around after Mae Muller failed to win over European viewers in 2023, Olly team up with producer Danny L Harle who has also written hits like Dua Lipa's Houdini.
