Olivia Rodrigo Endorses Kamala Harris’ Stance on Abortion
Olivia Rodrigo has amplified Kamala Harris' message on reproductive rights.
“And we who believe in reproductive freedom will stop Donald Trump’s extreme abortion bans because we trust women to make decisions about their own body [ sic] and not have their government tell them what to do,” Harris says in the video posted to Rodrigo’s story. “And when Congress passes a law to restore reproductive freedoms, as president of the United States, I will sign it into law.” Rodrigo endorsed the sentiment with four “raised hands” emojis. She also helped disperse morning after pills at a concert St. Louis, Missouri, where reproductive rights are in jeopardy, in March, though they soon stopped the practice.
