Olivia Newton-John's daughter Chloe Lattanzi 'heartbroken' her mother's Californian ranch has been put on the market for $14million: 'There will be a few tears shed'


Olivia's widower John Easterling has put the four-bedroom property up for sale with an asking price of $US8.965m (AUD$13.57million), according to People .

The source claimed keeping the home would have financially impacted the work being done by Olivia's charities and foundations as they detailed the heart wrenching decision. The ranch, located about 200km north west of Los Angeles near the Santa Ynez River, also features an outdoor kitchen, game room and detached four-car-garage. The listing for the home adds: 'This 12+/-acre private estate is built out to the highest level of quality and sophistication, located on one of the rare parcels fronting the Santa Ynez River.'
