Situated in a classic red brick three-level tower only streets away from Maroubra beach, 10km from Sydney's CBD, the flat last changed hands in 2001 for a mere $325,000. Manly NRL champ Tommy Talau and his NRLW Roosters sweetheart Jess Sergis have teamed up to buy their first pad together in Sydney's eastern suburbs. The footy champs appeared together in a telling Instagram post that recreated the notorious Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore 'pottery' scene in the 1990 romance film Ghost.
