North West's Lion King performance DEFENDED by fans after trolls said that the youngster 'can't sing' and only got the role because her parents are Kanye West and Kim Kardashian
North West has earned an army of defenders online following brutal backlash for her performance as a Young Simba during The Lion King's 30th Anniversary concert on Friday.
North made her acting debut when she took to the stage at The Hollywood Bowl to perform I Just Can't Wait To Be King on Friday night - with her famous parents proudly watching on from the audience. North joined other stars on the stage, such as Jennifer Hudson, Billy Eichner, Bradley Gibson, Ernie Sabella, Jason Weaver, Jeremy Irons and also Nathan Lane. The Elementary School Dropout artist donned a much more casual version of the usual Broadway costumes, sporting a yellow hoodie and matching shorts with a fuzzy hood and slippers.
