North London residents left baffled as filmmakers accidentally notify them of nearby filming on road 11 miles away, on the other side of the city
For the movie - currently known only as 'Project Rabbit' - the quiet Monson Road in south-east London would be made to resemble a real-life crime scene.
And with cast, crew and even replica emergency vehicles booked, all that needed to happen for filming to get the go-ahead from the local council was for the street's residents to be informed. Residents of Monson Road in north-west London were surprised to be informed about an evening shoot that was due to take place this coming Tuesday – in a street 11 miles away. One said: 'I hope the residents of Monson Road in south-east London have received some notification letters, as they could come home from work to think a major incident has happened in their street.'
