The former child star’s skimpy display comes amid drama with her mom, Tish Cyrus, who allegedly “stole” husband Dominic Purcell from her youngest daughter, a source told Us Weekly in February. Noah finished off her ensemble with only a silver ring on her finger, simple nails, light makeup and her black locks slicked down her shoulders, giving them a wet appearance. Though Noah has not directly commented on the alleged drama, she seemingly shut down rumors of tension between her and Tish by clapping back at a fan who brought up the situation on Instagram.
