No-nonsense cop who arrested Justin Timberlake on suspicion of DUI gets major career honor

Timberlake's arrest occurred shortly after midnight on June 18, 2024 when he was pulled over after leaving the American Hotel in Sag Harbor in the Hamptons.

Now the Sag Harbor Village Police Department has awarded Arkinson the honor of officer of the year in a ceremony held January 31, TMZ reported. DailyMail.com reported that in his short time on the force, he was already so well-known for pulling people over that well-heeled Hamptons locals had taken to calling him such names as the 'Sag Harbor Nazi' and a 'little red-headed dips***.' His attorney insisted that Timberlake was not drunk when he was arrested, and the Cry Me A River hitmaker ultimately took a plea bargain, copping to a reduced violation charge of driving with ability impaired.
