Nina Dobrev looked as if she was on the road to recovery when she revealed that her surgery to repair damage from a devastating bike crash was a 'success.'
A final self-shot video featured her leaning forward to write 'Yes' with an arrow on her affected knee in purple marker to ensure that the proper leg was operated on Dobrev received an outpouring of support from her fans and celebrity friends, which included actress Kayla Ewell and Claire Holt, stylist Kate Young, and dancer Julianne Hough. The couple first met during a brief encounter at an awards show in 2012, but they wouldn't be formally introduced to each other until seven years later at a Florida workshop organized by motivational speaker Tony Robbins.
