Moments before her fiancé Shaun White surprised her and got down on one knee, Dobrev was busy trimming her bangs for what she thought was a Vogue dinner hosted by longtime editor-in-chief Anna Wintour. Hairstylist Dawson Hiegert then worked his magic on her hair, trimming her ends and styling the rest of her tresses in beachy waves.
