Nikki Glaser On “Cleanse” After Tom Brady Roast: “It’s A Disgusting Place To Write From”
Nikki Glaser is opening up about getting back to writing comedy after her appearance on The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady.
The stand-up comic was highly praised for her set on the Netflix comedy special and, in a recent interview, said that after any roast, she needs a “cleanse.” “I really do have to do kind of a cleanse after I write for a roast,” Glaser said in a recent episode of NPR’s Fresh Air podcast. Glaser commented on Brady’s regret, saying on Today with Hoda and Jenna, “I feel maybe he didn’t consider the backlash from his family and how it would affect them, and I do understand that.”
