Portugal must be a special place for the pair - Thom proposed to Nicole during a trip there to Vila Nova de Gaia in June last year. Struggling to hide her shock as Thom asked for her hand, Nicole looked stunned in a blue and white paisley dress for the memorable moment. Nicole previously enjoyed an eight-year, on-off relationship with Formula One champion Lewis Hamilton and a shorter romance with tennis player Grigor Dimitrov.
