Nicolas Cage's Ex-Wife Sues Him and Their Son for Assault, Says Actor Enabled Alleged Attack

Nicolas Cage's ex Christina Fulton filed a lawsuit against the actor and son Weston, after Weston was arrested for allegedly assaulting her in April 2024

In her lawsuit, Fulton, who married Cage in 1995 before their divorce was finalized in 2001, called out the Longlegs star, 61, for allegedly failing to intervene and help their son. "Nicolas knew or should have known that Weston posed a serious and imminent danger to others, including Plaintiff, based on his documented history of violent assaults, substance abuse, and mental instability," the lawsuit alleges. The alleged attack tainted Fulton's "thriving" modeling and actor career, the filing claims, noting that she was filming a Netflix series "when the assault derailed her life."
