Fulton, 57, recently filed court documents that claimed Cage, 61, ignored Weston’s mental health concerns and enabled his reportedly troubling behavior, according to the petition obtained by Us Weekly. “Nicolas knew or should have known that Weston posed a serious and imminent danger to others, including Plaintiff, based on his documented history of violent assaults, substance abuse, and mental instability,” Fulton’s lawsuit claims.
