Nicola Coughlan reacted to troll speculation that her 'Bridgerton' character's waist is photoshopped on the Netflix series

Season 3 of the period romance, which premiered last month, sees Coughlan’s character, Penelope Featherington, gain newfound confidence after trading in her family’s over-the-top and colorful wardrobe for a new, sophisticated look. That being said, Coughlan revealed back in February that she did request a “PG version” of season 3 for her mom to watch in order to avoid awkward moments. While some viewers fell in love with the Netflix show’s chaste courtship traditions, many couldn’t stop talking about those steamy moments — including the cast.
