Nick Knowles 'barely has energy to walk to car' after Strictly Come Dancing training
When celebrity contestants sign up for Strictly Come Dancing, they spend long and intense days training one-on-one with their professional dance partners.
But the fiancee of ladies' man Nick Knowles – who is 27 years his junior – can breathe a sigh of relief after the DIY SOS presenter told The Mail on Sunday that he hasn't got the energy for an affair after his Strictly training sessions. 'Honestly, we did a day's training yesterday, and I literally crawled out to the car and sat with my feet in a bath of cold water for an hour when I got home.' The presenter – who has fronted the show Who Dares Wins – also revealed that he has lost just under two stone since he began training for the Saturday night dance contest around six weeks ago.
