Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz legend Nick Frost has posted from hospital - alongside a health update to fans. Nick appeared in the so-called Three Flavours Cornetto trilogy with Simon - Shaun of the Dead in 2004, Hot Fuzz in 2007 and The World's End in 2013. The pair rose to fame in Channel 4's Spaced in the late 90s, where he played Simon's character Tim's army-obsessed friend Mike.
