Nicholas Hoult Reveals His Son Got 'the Clippers Out' to Shave His Head for Lex Luthor Role in Upcoming 'Superman' Movie
Nicholas Hoult said on a recent episode of SiriusXM’s 'The Jess Cagle Show with Julia Cunningham' that he let his son Joaquin, 5, shave his head for his upcoming role as Lex Luthor in 'Superman: Legacy.' "I did shave my head, which I find quite liberating whenever I've done it for roles," he said.
Hoult was seen spending time with Joaquin back in April, when the father-son duo sat together courtside at an Atlanta Hawks home game, sometime after filming began. Rachel Brosnahan portrays Lois Lane in the film, which will also feature Skyler Gisondo, Anthony Carrigan, Isabela Merced, Nathan Fillion, Edi Gathegi, Terence Rosemore, Sara Sampaio and María Gabriela de Faría. Gunn, 58, confirmed on social media that filming for Superman: Legacy wrapped on June 30 as he posted a photo that featured Hoult and Corenswet, 31, standing among a larger group against a snowy backdrop.
