NFL's James Jones Accuses Cowboys QB Dak Prescott of ‘Quitting’ on Team

Former NFL wide receiver James Jones accused Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott of ‘quitting’ on his team, saying he’s exaggerating his recent hamstring injury

Jones — who retired in 2017 after 9 seasons in the NFL, 8 of those with the Green Bay Packers — argued Prescott’s style of play should make it even easier for him to return to the field. Prescott, 30, filed a suit in Texas on Monday, March 11, in response to a letter he received earlier this year which threatened to go public with allegations of sexual assault. Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy said the team is still evaluating Prescott’s injury and the quarterback will get a second medical opinion to confirm treatment options.
