News anchor Dan Walker 'joins' Gladiators - and has already picked a 'stage name'
Dan Walker, former BBC Breakfast presenter who has since moved to Channel 5 News, seems to have his sights set on a dramatically different career move
The 47 year old shared a snap of himself with the Gladiators, jokingly telling his followers that he's considering joining their ranks as they film series two at Sheffield's Utilita Arena. As the celebrity version of the show approaches, stars including Louise Minchin, Joel Dommett, Rob Beckett, and Ellie Taylor are set to compete against the athletic Gladiators. Dan Walker shared with the I Paper that his time on the BBC show was initially "one of the worst TV experiences of my life" and admitted to having "a nightmare" during some moments.
