New 'Wicked' Promo Teases a Possible Kristin Chenoweth Cameo
Eagle-eyed fans spotted an extra that looks like Kristin Chenoweth in a new featurette for the upcoming movie musical 'Wicked'
In a new featurette for the film about Elphaba ( Cynthia Erivo) and Glinda’s ( Ariana Grande) friendship released on Wednesday, August 21, eagle-eyed fans believe they have spotted Kristin Chenoweth in the background of one of the behind-the-scenes clips. The adaptation’s cast also includes Jonathan Bailey as Fiyero, Michelle Yeoh as Madame Morrible, Jeff Goldblum as The Wizard, Peter Dinklage as Dr. Dillamond, Ethan Slater as Boq, Marissa Bode as Nessarose, and Bowen Yang as Pfannee. Grande goes on to add that her “favorite thing about Wicked is that we can all identify pieces of ourselves within both Elphaba and Glinda.” Erivo, 37, mirrored her costar’s words, noting, “I think that we are all deserving of friendship and kindness and love, no matter who we are, and this film celebrates that.”
