Ben Wang to star in Sony's New 'The Karate Kid' movie
The new pic also stars Jackie Chan and Ralph Macchio reprising their roles from previous films. Plot details are vague other then it being set on the east coast and focuses on a teen from China who finds strength and direction via martial arts from a mentor. Wang is best known for his breakout role in the Disney+ series American Born Chinese, which also stars Michelle Yeoh.
