New ‘Hand That Rocks The Cradle’ Movie Eyes Mary Elizabeth Winstead To Star Opposite Maika Monroe
Mary Elizabeth Winstead is in negotiations to star opposite Maika Monroe In new 'The Hand That Rocks The Cradle' movie.
The original film starred Rebecca De Mornay and Annabella Sciorra and follows a woman, played by De Mornay, who after her sex offender husband gets caught in the act and kills himself, embarks on a mission of vengeance against one of her husband’s victims and the woman’s family. The original screenplay was written by Amanda Silver and the film was executive produced by Rick Jaffa who then became the writing team of Jaffa/Silver ( Jurassic Park, Planet of the Apes). She also recently earned strong reviews for her Showtime limited series A Gentleman in Moscow where she stars opposite Ewan McGreggor.
