Netflix announced 'American Murder: Laci Peterson,' a deep-dive on Laci's killing, set to drop a week before Peacock's interview with Scott.
Detectives and reporters discuss the pair’s relationship in depth and the media circus that ensued when Scott was arrested. The series even includes an interview with Scott’s mistress, Amber Frey, and features voice recordings from the time of their affair. “In coming forward to tell Laci’s story for a new generation, they might empower other women experiencing intimate partner violence to escape a similarly tragic fate,” read a synopsis of the Netflix doc.
